Dropping off a load, receiving has no respect for drivers time. Gave paperwork to guard and waited an hour just for someone from the office to come out and acknowledge. Worst of all, no bathroom or porta john for drivers. We were there for 3 hours getting unloaded so should we piss in the parking lot? Will not be back here.
Delivered 7 skids...so far 2 hours....still waiting....drivers have fun with full trailer....check in door S8
I came to deliver a load, but I had a personal emergency—I needed to use the restroom—and they refused to let me. What a complete lack of humanity! I feel sorry for this company and its executives, who have lost the basic principle of humanity; furthermore, the service provided during deliveries is abysmal.
For truck delivery, check in to door S8, very helpful and polite people.They open at 6am, by appointment only, but they maybe unload you early.Overnight parking, yes, but no restroom.Good place for doing business.
