The office ladies are nice and friendly. They have good quality coal. I would recommend them.
Moved to the area one year ago and have had nothing but positive experiences with several of their workers. They remained professional when I was rude after being informed that my 30 y/o furnace needed to be replaced. They saved me thousands of dollars on the new furnace. Furthermore, they deliver fuels FAST, often the same day it's ordered. Everything they sell from breakfast sandwiches to ice cream to non ethanol 90 is the best. Always a pleasure doing business with Ingram Fuels.

Stay clear company is not what is used to be! Unfortunately after 4 plus years of using this company I have to leave because they will not switch a driver who is lazy rude snobby and represents the worst values of a company. I even reported to the company that he made a rude comment to my 17 year old daughter and my Girlfriend. And whoever is the manager in the office that assisted me with the call must be protecting him since she laughed it off.
