My neighbor has been having issues with other leasers on the property. Blocking driveways, putting nails down to damage others cars, stealing trash cans, and personal property. Sewage from their home coming up on top of the ground. This has a horrible smell. Theft and vandalism. Ingram seems to just ignore as long as they get their $$$. I guess community safety does not matter to them.
Worst experience ever as a renter. They will try and take every dime you have. Don’t even bother taking them to court. They know all of the judges and deputies in the courthouse because they are in there all the time taking tenants hard earned money. This company needs to be under investigation. I feel sorry for the people who rent in Hopewell because this company is basically all people have to choose from in that area. My son lived in one of their very spacious one bedroom apartments on Prince George Drive. The application process was simple and quick. At move in the apartment was clean and ready for him to move in. The property was always clean and well lit at night and felt safe. He never had any issues with bugs or other insects in his apartment. He only had one maintenance issue while he lived there and it was taken care of quickly.
