RecommendedThis place is amazing. Everyone who works there is very courteous and respectful. They did a great job in a timely manner. I plan on making this the place where I take my car if I need anything at all. Great people, great business.
I find it amazing how personal the service is at Ingold. The staff takes the time to help you get exactly what your vehicle needs to operate safe and efficiently. They have an amazingly large customer base and are very popular within the Duke area. Appointments are impossible with such a large following. A line starts forming around 7 am for service and estimates so get there early.

I have the greatest respect for the folks at Ingold. They always work to find the most sensible and economical solutions for my cars (e.g., they don't recommend expensive tires on cars I don't plan to keep for many more miles). I have recommended them to many friends. My women friends praise Ingold for being helpful and respectful, much more than many others.

I have been a customer for years, the people are friendly and are always on point when it comes to customer service, but no other shop can top their workmanship, absolutely no one. It is without question that I recommend them to all my friends. Rod and crew are beyond reproach.
