Staff (Elisha) will expose tenants to toxic substances indefinitely. Act of God forcing opportunity to have required tests done - regional managers aware (Brad dewsbury(Lori at later date)) that tenants may be exposed to toxic substances for indefinite amounts of time.. acknowledging moving tenants into toxic apartments along with the headache of getting a tenant out of the danger just isn’t worth their time.
