Dr Frank Scolinos was outstanding to say the least. His examination as well as his knowledge and explanation of various parts of the eye examination was exceptional, and informative. Beyond that, his interpersonal skills, were very reassuring, making you feel very comfortable. In conclusion he is a superior doctor and person.
