I just moved here 2 months, I am a disabled veteran and when I moved into this apartment, the sliding door was missing weather strips, refrigerator legs were broken, there was dust and webs in every corner of each room, bathroom walls had hair and lint just sprayed over. Nothing was cleaned for a new tenant. The maintenance guy is rude and will turn your tv off for no reason.
When I had a maitance problem I put in a work order they came right away to fix it.
