Everything. Staff is knowledgeable in their area of expertise. If they're unable to assist or answer a concern, they will refer you to someone who can. The information/check in window should refrain from speaking in Spanish when non-spanish speaking patients are patiently waiting to be checked in/out or seeking information. It is extremely rude.
