Wonderful boutique Normally i would do my shopping at a department store, but Jolie has all of the great brands and merchandise all in one little shop in Belmont! I was surprised to see such great brands in this store, and in such a small town. I will definitely be back to do more shopping soon!
Aweful Owner Judi the owner is dismissing, and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She also treats her staff as if they are imbeciles in front of clients. I would never recommend this place, unless it changes ownership. Everyone deserves better than this when shopping for a special day!
Bad Customer Service It's a shame that the customer service at Jolie's is so terrible because they have so many great clothes. I have been in many times and each time I am treated with such disrespect that I tell myself I'm never going back. I don't even feel comfortable trying on clothes because the staff hovers--maybe I was the only customer they had all week? great shop what a great store , I am from Charleston and this shop reminds me of a great store there, many of the same great labels but less expensive, I will be back!
Great store I was surprised to find such a great boutique in such a small town. They have a mix of affordable brands and some hard to find designer brands. Really cool atmosphere ( an old train depot) a friend told me about this shop and I am glad I went. Very cool woman who owns the shop as well.
Overpriced for visa or passport photographs. The quality is pretty bad for passport photos. You just stand there, they ask you to put your chin all the way down, and they take your picture. No second shots or pauses. I came out with a double chin thanks to their brilliant recommendation and "expertise" (and I am not overweight!) Skip this place for photographs, just shop around for a better and more inexpensive place.
Offensive and inconsiderate sales staff and owner. I am a physician, and I often shopped at jolies in Belmont until this past Wednesday. I went in and looked around, found a few items that I wanted to try on. The sales girl hovered over me the entire time I was browsing and when I went to try on the clothes she was standing beside my dressing room watching me try on the items through the curtain door, which by the way, does not cover the dressing room for privacy. AWESOME store! Whether you're shopping for an outfit to wear to a party, or a dress to go to a wedding, Jolie has the perfect selection of clothes & accessories for every occasion! Not only do they have such great clothing, but the staff is incredible! They actually help you pick out your clothes and make sure everything fits right! Jolie is definitely one of my favorite stores!
Customer Service is everything Darling little store with a unique selection of clothes. I would shop here more often except that every time I go in, I feel unwanted. Customer service can really make or break a business and the service at Jolie certainly doesn't help to make their business. I do visit and have bought several things I love from them, however, I am not sure I will continue to do so if the service doesn't improve. In this economy, I have to give my business to someone that actually cares about me as a customer.
