Outstanding Boutique!! Visiting & working from out of town & googled clothing boutiques in the area. Read previous reviews & wanted to take a look; beside the fact I was in desperate need of some cute clothing. Excellent place...walked in & the owner "Cathy" chose the perfect pair of jeans for me! Loved the style..she has excellent taste as a clothing buyer! I definitely look forward to stopping in every time I'm in town to find the perfect surprise!!!

I went with this company because of the positive reviews on here and they definetely lived up to their great ratings.

great boutique I just moved to the area and happened to notice the windows at Jolie Belmont. When I went in, I was really suprised by the great brands they have in this shop. This is definately the best boutique in the area ( charlotte included). If you follow fashion, go there you will love it.
Great merchandise, cust serv is ok I'd give it thumbs up on items of unique clothing and the shop is sooo cutely decorated! The owner or mgr is not the most friendly smiling face to look at, but I think that is just her personality (like those kind of people who seem stuck-up). Inpersonal and Rude. Fun, trendy clothes. Pricey, but if the owner or person working there was interested in helping, I could be persuaded to spend. She does nothing to help or encourage a sale. No comments, no recommendations, nothing but looks down at the counter the whole time. I do not like shopping here.

Their technicians provided a very fast service and showed courteous workmanship. They also cleaned up everything after they were finished. I will definitely use them again for my regular cleaning needs.
Rude Awful customer service. I have given this place a few chances but I will not be back again. The people that work there are so rude. When you spend that much money on clothes you need to be treated with great customer service and respect. You are you, they need to take lessons from Chic-fil-a! I will NOT return!
