Ingleside Gardens is a hidden gem. It's a very peaceful quiet area. Great management as well as maintenance. Love being close to the different restaurants that's located near by.
Pros: 1. Christie the new property manager seems nice and is professional. 2. Quiet Cons: 1. No light in living room 2. Townhomes hotter upstairs then downstairs. The thermostat has to be set to 64 downstairs to feel like 76 upstairs. 3. There is a serious pest issue. Roaches are teeming through cracks under molding and holes in walls from previous poor maintenance jobs. 4. Finishes and seals (caulk, etc.) are outdated & cracked. 5.
