After spending 2 hours at “another” bridal shop we walked in Ingleside 30 minutes prior to closing. The customer service was top notch the minute we stepped in. My daughter literally picked out her dream dress within minutes. I highly recommend you stop and give these sweet ladies a chance to help you find the dress you’re looking for!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! They took the wrong measurements for a wedding I’m in and now I’m having to suffer. They wouldn’t give me a number to call to get the right size that I needed. They were not helpful at all! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I spoke to the bride apparently after you posted your comments and explained the measurements called in were the measurements used to get your sizing. And we did give you a seamstress to help you alter the dress at a more than fair price. We also called the seamstress to let her know the situation which was incorrect measurements given to us and were assured there was no problem in taking the dress in to fit. After a call to the bride, she thanked us for the follow up and was very happy.
I had the most amazing experience and these ladies even recommended the venue we used for our wedding! I recommend them to anyone looking for wedding or formal wear.
Mrs. Jan and her staff were absolutely wonderful! They ensured everything one's dress or tux would fit for the big day. Best experience!
