After today I will take my prescription somewhere else! Jamaican lady rude and nasty to almost every customer. I feel so sorry for the elderly people that come by…Assumed I couldn’t afford my prescription sent in at 10am this morning so she didn’t fill it! Didn’t call me to say anything just didn’t fill it!!
Not open on time. Waiting almost an hour and after opening and nobody can help me yet.
Outstanding help in a very difficult situation
They don’t bother to text you when the prescription is ready like they say they will, and they don’t bother to call you before discarding a prescription. I was out of town for a few days and when I came back I went to pick up my son’s routine prescription. They told me they just emptied it the day before. 🙄 if they had bothered to call I would have let them know I’d be there next day. My old pharmacy had the decency to call. So I then had to wait on them to refill, which took hours of course.
