Great place to do business! Picked up my new sled today. Super friendly people, made it so easy to decide to buy from them! Jen and Mike were awesome! Everything was ready to go when we got there. Would highly recommend this business to anyone!!
Went in to look at some gear and several employees walked past my husband and I and not to mention they were standing outside when we pulled in. Not one person even said hello. We tried on some stuff still nothing. Went to walk out and someone finally asked if we needed help. I thanked her for being the only person to ask us if we needed anything. Kudos to that one person that did talked to me but it was too late. I went and spent my money else where 🤑
Called about a jacket that they had on the shelf for sale to see if they still had it available they stated yes it’s in a bin but come down and we will find it for you. Drove down there just to be told “ I don’t have time for that right now if I find it within the next couple weeks maybe I’ll call you if not there’s nothing I can do” turned around and seen the bright orange jacket through a clear bin plain as day and told the lady and she said again “ i don’t have time for that” and walked away.
