We were living out of state and a trusted coworker from the area recommended Bob Gordon. He was absolutely the right choice! Easy to work with, highly responsive and went above and beyond taking care of every need and request we had. This was our second home purchase but first time in NY and Bob guided us through everything. It can be an intimidating and overwhelming experience but chosing Bob was the easiest decision we made! We wicked appreciate everything he did for us and can't recommend him enough! Thank you Bob Gordon ... read more

I had a great experience working with Marisha on the seller side of a recent transaction. She maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process and was consistently professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Marisha did a great job helping keep everything on track and ensuring the transaction moved forward smoothly from start to finish. I appreciated her reliability and collaborative approach, which made the process much easier for everyone involved. I look forward to working with her again in the future... read more

Bob is the realtor you want as a first-time homebuyer. He is kind, patient, and his expertise in real estate makes the process much less intimidating. He is extremely responsive (even when you have what feels like a million+ questions), and his guidance gave us the confidence to navigate this competitive market and find our dream home. We are so grateful and highly recommend to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate agent.

Bob has been our realtor for years now...selling, buying, selling, selling and selling again! From home to home and even our commercial property, we can't say enough about how knowledgeable and professional he has been. He truly makes the process, which can be nerve wracking and frustrating, a whole lot easier and less stressful. We can't thank him enough for his guidance, honesty, and expertise. His photo equipment and attention to detail has made our properties shine. Thank you Bob!

He was always able to get right back to me when i had questions about a property and made himself available for showing several places, even knocking out three in one day. Bob said something like the realtor association says you’ll know within the first 15 seconds of walking into a place if it’s THE one and boy did that hit home when we found the one. I’d suggest Bob to anyone, ... read more
