My 5 star review is for Dr Priyanka Chaudhary. She is the most lovely caring doctor I have even seen. The practice itself is ok , can't comment on other doctors as I only see Dr Priyanka. Wait times can be long especially if you havnt booked and telephone service definitely needs improvement.

I am very disappointed with the service I received (19/07/2026). The receptionist was quite rude and had an unpleasant attitude. I was told that someone from the centre had called to inform me that my appointment had been cancelled, but this is simply not true. I did not receive any phone call, voicemail or text message regarding the cancellation. I only found out after arriving for my appointment. Very disappointing experience. I called ahead to confirm that I could come in, and after arriving, I was met with a very unhelpful reception. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, the reception staff were dismissive and had a poor attitude. The way patients are treated at the front desk sets the tone for the entire visit, and unfortunately, the customer service here was far below expectations. I hope they improve their communication and the way they treat people in the future.
