Nurse Jess did a great job explaining the vaccination process. I think Nurse Sarita was also there. They were both so friendly, informative and answered all my questions. The experience I had upstairs in the treatment room was fantastic. Highly recommend!
Had the most crap experience here today. Booked an appointment where I needed a script for intense pain I am in. Doctor called in sick, no voicemail left, and I received a confirmation via text my appointment was still going ahead. I sat here for 45 minutes. If you going to call to inform people appointments are cancelled, a simple “Hi, we are ringing to inform you of your cancelled appointment”. Not hard.
Professional and kind Doctors! Dr. Priyanka is very knowledgeable and has good listening skills with a kind mannerism. Highly recommended her.
