Grateful to become a customer of IPC. Mikey was ABSOLUTELY awesome. Such a great, knowledgeable, punctual, professional and customer service oriented technician. He was able to answer all questions that I had regarding the service being provided. It’s not often that you receive great customer service these days , but Mikey exceeded all areas of great customer service.
Ive had to make one call about roaches in my home and this company took care of it the day of! Quick and good communication. Mike and Nathan were awesome!
Great company and great service. Our tech Mikey was extremely professional, polite and handsome. I’ve had a rat issue I’ve been dealing with for quite awhile. It’s been a month now with no rat sightings and my wife couldn’t be happier. Fair pricing too. I will be calling again in the future and requesting Mikey.
