Terrible service empty promises calls not returned got swore at by service coordinator. Got charged for service call under warranty of a brand new compressor that did not resolve issue. I have 6. 5-15 hp compressors never again will I buy another IR delt with both omaha and minneapolis. Nothing but contradictory information and failure to return calls
Very quality product. Extremely satisfied with 2004 N55 Nirvana still to this day! It was a pleasure to work with Mitch Erickson; he alone made this experience with Ingersoll Rand a 10 star rating! He went above AND beyond the call of duty in every category. I hope to buy another in my lifetime. God bless.
