Horrible company. Bought a Commercial air compressor to run pneumatic van boxes. This unit this is so loud, sale guy said new compressor would be a lot quieter than are old one. He lied! The unit leaks oil, today marks 1 year since it was installed. I've called to have a tech come out to fix leaks and before they send out they want a credit card # Terrible customer service!! I do not recommend using this company. Stay away from this model# unit.

corporate account and still horrible response. no call back to messages, sometimes no answers to phone calls, days and days to respond to emails.

Poor service. Bad product. Purchased an IR CBV600647 compressor in Nov 2018. Installed it on 12/14/18. Ran for about 4 days when the pressure relief valve failed. IR sent a new one. We installed it and within 3 weeks it started having the same issue. This time they said they would need to send out a tech out but could not get anyone out for 2 weeks.
