One of the worst purchases I've ever made. I bought a 4000 dollar Ingersoll Rand truck mounted compressor expecting quality and support. Instead, it arrived missing mounting hardware, had an unloader valve fail on the first use, and then developed a defective safety relief valve right after warranty repair. What made it worse was the Dallas Ingersoll Rand service location, which consistently made even basic help difficult. Employee driving vehicle from this company with license plate VYM 9529 was driving quite aggressively on 6-22-26 in the morning. Overally it was just self-entitled type driving darting around cars and speeding, but what made me want to jot the license plate down was they blatantly ran a red light. It wasn't like they were trying to catch a yellow. It was just a dead red light and they just took off.

I took my damaged compressor, I had a warranty in hand that I paid for and they came out with the excuse that they can't do anything, their products are defective, they could have changed my motor or sold it and help me fix it but they didn't care, they could have helped do something, but they don't take the customer into account, in addition to arriving and having to wait 30 minutes, I called many times and they didn't want to solve the problem with their product that I bought apart from coming out with the excuse that they... read more
