Warranty company took too long to approve repairs then when i pick up my truck and told it was ready to go the check engine light is on so its obvisouly NOT ready for pick up. This is your truck is ready come get it we dont care about our work you deal with it!! BS!! Never want tongo back there again.
I buy a used expensive vehicle I get an extended warranty. I have water leaking into the vehicle. They tell me it’s the sunroof drains which it was not and I’m expected to pay hundreds of dollars in labor and I’m still dealing with leaking water.
Dropped my truck off on a Sunday night for appointment for Monday. It took 2 days to get the part. Got my truck back Wednesday night. Same problem with power steering. Left my truck a mess including dirt all over inside. I called Richie from service and he said he would talk to his manager about bringing it back the next day , never called but I was charged even tho I have full coverage. Ingersol in Danbury is totally different, they respect your vehicle and even wash after finished with the work. Still waiting to hear back ... read more
