My daughter purchased a 2018 Honda Accord from this dealership, and it has been a disappointing experience. The suspension had serious issues that should have been identified before the vehicle was sold. The ride was rough, and the car did not feel safe or drive as expected. I expected the dealership to thoroughly inspect the vehicle before putting it on the lot, but that clearly didn't happen. Josh, who helped us buy a car while we were still overseas, so it was ready for us when we arrived to move in to our new house in the US (which is not an easy thing) could not have been more amazing. Most professional experience we've had in a long time. Friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and fair staff from sales through finance office and manager. Agreed on terms for returning our lease and leasing a new car by phone and email. Process for both quick and easy.
I had a great experience. Miguel, the associate that helped me was very informative. I was in there looking to Lease Car he was able to send me home in a brand new car financed that I didn’t think was possible. Everything went by pretty quickly on such short notice of the transaction and I’m very happy with my purchase.
