I live in a building owned by ingerman management, the office manager Danielle Collins and my former landlord set me to be killed. Many of the black tenants had fumes being released into the apartments around 3am. One tenant said she had been sick since she moved into the building and since moved out along with many others. Horrible Property Management!!!!!! They are a Ponzi scheme! They make the apartments cheap and cut major corners safety concerns! They put in place horrible management that turn a blind eye to everything for corporate incentives to not spend money! There’s people’s ceilings that have come down! I moved over an hour away from living in an apartment for over 15 years. The office manager Danielle Collins at 1 Justin drive accepted money to set me up to harm me while I lived in the apartment. The first night I experienced the same harassment I moved from. RENTER BEWARE: I have lived at the Willows at Manalapan since 2012, when the site first opened. In the last few years the complex has gone to ruin since the current property manager was implemented to run and oversee our complex. The property manager has had a non-professional, handling of managing the complex, and turns a blind eye to major tenant concerns.
