Emanuel is awesome to deal with! I brought him my BMW 530i with a nasty coolant leak after being given an extremely high quote from another shop in the area, where I was also being pressured to replace a bunch of unrelated parts. Dealing with Emanuel was a breath of fresh air. He was able to walk me through the steps he was going to take to fix the issue instead of just “carte blanche” replacing everything.
