When we had foreign exchange students from the Scandinavian countries, years ago, we brought them here. They all, without exception, found something from "home" that they loved and missed while in Minnesota. For me, best smoked salmon on the planet!!!
We had so much fun visiting Ingebretsen's in Minneapolis over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Amazing Scandinavian food and so many beautiful Scandinavian crafted things. We purchased reindeer, tree ornaments and Christmas (Jul) cards.
