My granddaughter’s dentist visit was the worse dental experience I have ever witnessed. I sat helplessly watching my precious granddaughter wrapped like a burrito while crying in terror and gurgling on her spit as the rude, obnoxious dentist worked on her cavity. When I demanded that they suctioned her spit, the dentist told me to sit down and be quiet or he was going to have me removed. I came here close to 20 years ago and had a very uncomfortable experience with the way Dr. Ingalls treated his staff and the little patients. I'm just gonna say it's borderline abusive back there and I wasn't even a parent at this time and was very uncomfortable with the way he spoke and treated the kids and his staff. Can not recommend this location enough. Our youngest who was 1.5 years old slipped in the tub and had a front lodged back into his gums. It was around 4pm and Ingalls Dental was the only one who would see us. Other dentist had no availability or wouldn't see him at his age. When I was starting to panic Ingalls said please bring him in as soon as you can.
