Faced with putting a loved one in hospice again, I'd look somewhere else. It all sounded good, but the rubber didn't really meet the road...for SOME of the care. The REGULAR nurse was compassionate and caring. The two men who delivered and picked up equipment were always courteous, careful and considerate, never bumping anything into furniture, walls or doorways! On at least two occasions, the ball for orders for medical equipment and CNA support for patient care was dropped. You are supposed to have a nurse at your disposal... read more

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they knew what to do every step of the way. The hospice was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it as it is part of the hospital. The nurses and aids were always helpful and they always went the extra mile to make my mother feel cared for. I cannot express how wonderful the hospice staff is. The CNA's, nurses and support staff made all the difference for my family during the most stressful, tearful time. I hope that other families consider this facility if they are faced with a loved one's terminal illness. There are no bitter employees here; they have the hardest job in the world but do it with a kind, compassionate spirit. I will be forever grateful that we had their support. Ingalls also offers a great support group for those who have lost loved ones.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
