He didn't wash or sanitize his hands between patients. Also, while waiting in one of the exam rooms, a asthmatic patient with serious breathing problems arrive outside and needed assistance getting out of the car. The nurses and technicians at the nursing station could be heard loudly debating whether they had to physically go outside to get that patient out of the car.
