I feel that my first experience at Ingalls Urgent Aid was successful & I got the exact care that I needed for my medical problem. All the personnel were very nice & efficient. I especially liked the Physicians Assistant who saw me. The wait time was reasonable as well. It's a good alternative to an ER when you have a minor issue.
They gave me 3 accounts and 2 different addresses. The billing people are ignorant and don't know what they are doing. I hope when the new owners come in they replace these people with qualified ones
Ingalls staff are Profesional and still really care about their patients. I won't go anyplace else.
