Great services, but were much more efficient before the U of C took over. Now it's hard to schedule appointments, with several months wait to get in to see many of the doctors. Also used to get everything done at Ingalls Family Care center or Ingalls hospital. Now they want you to go to Hyde Park for everything which means dealing with the traffic, and parking there is a nightmare. Still, the doctors at Ingalls Family Care center are great and their Urgent Aid staff are wonderful in a crisis.

Someone in Management of this facility needs to look into this place. Doctor and nurses joking' laughing while I'm sitting for hours worried about my son that was stung by a wasp. Something is not right with this place.
