I have used Ingallina's for 4 years now. The food is always delicious and a great variety to choose from. Love the box lunch monthly specials!
Excellent food, choices and dietary considerations!
We did a lunch order for our management team today from the Seattle location with a scheduled a delivery window of 11:30-12 but the driver didn't show up until 12:45 and unfortunately the sandwich meat and macaroni salad were warm, not pleasant. I can't speak for what it would have tasted like if it had actually been on time and at the proper temperature. I am highly disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

We has this company deliver twice, and they failed both times. The last lunch was delivered 2 1/2 hours late, and only after making four calls. The bread then was stale. They promised to credit back, but did not. Poor service. We will never use them again.
