They don't answer the office phone or respond to emails. If you had to use AHS like I do they have to send a report so you can start the next step. It takes them a week to send the report that is supposed to be done within 24-48 hours according to AHS and then don't respond when they try to get in contact with them or they do and say they will submit it and never do. My A/C has been down for a month and a half because of ING Air's inability to communicate.
Ricky and his team came out and diagnosed that we needed a new boiler. It was 40 years old. He could have repaired it but it would only remain viable for a few days! He came by on Friday and by Tuesday, they were installing our new boiler. They worked diligently until after 8pm. No call no show very unprofessional does not the phone waited over a week for this service set up through my home warranty company and took off from work.
My wife began the process of dealing with this company back in June while I was deployed and the service received, what little that has been, was and continues to be absolutely atrocious. The first time a Tech came out, he misdiagnosed the issue as low refrigerant and left without fixing the issue. The second time they came out, they informed her that the AC needed to be cleaned before they could inspect it... and left again. If I can give a -100 stars for this company, I would. This company was assigned by our warranty. They will never call you to schedule an appointment. When you call them to schedule an appointment, they will tell you to call another number. The second number to a voicemail and they will never return your call. I had to call my warranty so that the warranty can get in touch with them and make the appointment with us. The voicemail person sounds like he is on drugs. INGAIR showed up to replace compressor fan in A/C contacted by **** Showed up on time and started pulling fan out and then tried to replace it with a used fan they had on their van. Thankfully it didn't fit or we would have had another issue. Almost a week went by to get new fan that they installed without me being home. (that was good) When I got home to check on it they had placed a brick on the A/C unit to try and quite the unit down from rattling a new issue after their repair.
