Been paying in to short term disability for 18 years, got cancer and been treated like dirt ever since. Refuse to pay me Worst company ever.
Just awful service. My so called rep Latasha D. Does not return calls, emails or messages sent through customer portal. 5 weeks at this point and no payments or real help from Voya. This place can care less about us or their jobs. Lazy, careless and just rude. I have also now reached out to the media on hopes they can expose this awful company. Freaking horrible!
