Well, it looks like they have went out of business. Long story short, while in the process of working with ING and Timbertech of some warranty items (most of which being that of poor workmanship of ING), we lost contact with ING. Earlier this year, I opened a BBB complaint case, and they, as well, were not able to get in contact with them. I have a long list of details of the work they did for me that was sub-par, but that seems a bit moot now. The quality of work is phenomenal and the communication is great. I highly recommend this company.
They did an amazing job for us! I appreciated that everything was on schedule. Everything looked great.
Daniel and his team did a great job repairing the supports on our screened in porch. The repairs are sturdier than the original. They were prompt and professional.
