We recently bought an older home and had a structural engineer inspect the framing. I forwarded the inspection report to Daniel with ING Contractors. He quickly created a plan to address all of the engineer's concerns and clearly outlined the costs. His crew was on site for several days with daily updates on their progress, decisions, and plans for the next day. Overall, I'm happy with the work they did and impressed by the project management and communication.
So... ING did not complete the project I requested, But, I am giving them a great review because they came out to the site, went over the options with me, and helped me determine that the project was not right for my needs. I was a bit surprised to get the email request for a review, even though I did not go through with the project. But given the amazing service and the fact that they did not hassle me into a project I didn't need, I have to say, I plan to contact them again when I do need services.
