They steal sit you up for insurance payment that ypu never want then keep every dime untill you catch it! Dont bank with them! Gap insurance is a joke!
I applied for a refi on my car online and it was denied. No worries...but Rose Marie from the Rolla branch called me and said that's not right, we can work this. She did in fact get me refinanced at 4% lower on the interest rate, knocked 10 months off my term and saved me a few bucks a month on top of it.
Maddie is great! Always knows her job tasks. Today was an electronic bank transfer. She is friendly and helpful.
