So far they have been very good. They are very efficient and thorough. They are also are very nice and professional. They also took people back that were waiting in the waiting room pretty fast. I was really impressed. They also were very friendly and quick to check me out. I appreciated that.

Unfortunately, my experience with the overall care did not meet my expectations. While the staff were professional, I felt that my concerns were not addressed as thoroughly as I had expected. The treatment plan and follow-up communication could have been clearer and more consistent. As a patient, I believe attentive communication and proper guidance are important, and unfortunately, I left feeling that these areas could be improved.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this practice. I reached out because I needed medical therapy and expected clear communication and support. Instead, I experienced delays, difficulty getting answers, and very little follow-up. After waiting and trying to get things arranged, I was left feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. It was stressful and discouraging, especially when you are already seeking help for your health. I hope they improve their communication and treatment of patients in the future.

They always treat me with such respect. Not one staff member Ive dealt with was negative or unpleasant. Never any mistakes as long as I’ve used them for my infusions. Shoutout to Marissa, Ali, and Janice for going above and beyond!
