The Infusions Kitchen & Bath Showroom in Grand Rapids was very inviting. Quinn was kind, knowledgeable and timely in placing our order. I will definitely be back and recommend this showroom to others.
We stopped in to get some help with remodeling ideas for our bathroom. Quinn was fantastic. She was helpful, knowledgeable and informative. She helped us put together some ideas that we had been thinking about for a while and gave us a comprehensive quote. We had been to other Kohler showrooms and Quinn was by far the most helpful and got our project much closer to the finish line!
Quinn was amazing!! Very patient... she supported us until we were happy with what we had even though there were a few changes in direction! Thank you, Quinn.
Quinn was so easy to work with and we couldn’t be happier with the selection of products, and her knowledge was very valuable.
I would highly recommend! The showroom has a nice variety of brands and products. The staff was friendly and helpful. Kip was well-informed about the showroom's products, organized, and reliable. Kip went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchases.
