Comfortable, beautiful and snacks available. I spend 5 minutes only in lobby before being called. Staff friendly and efficient
My complaint with this company is that one cannot call an individual treatment center for advice, or indeed be assured of reaching anyone with a phone call. All calls are routed through a central number, and often no one answers. Yesterday, hours after injections at Infusion for Health, I was in an examining room at an urgent care center and called to ask whether I should or should not get a particular shot in light of my treatment at Infusion for Health. I was scheduled to receive services at this location, but I was not able to meet the PROFESSIONAS! I was baldly treated be the front desk clerk. I don’t recommend this company. They are treating patients with serious illnesses, and they have a horrible person at the front desk. I called the company to report the incident, and was promised a call back, two days later, and I am still waiting. Please use other clinics.
I can't say enough to describe how wonderful this place is. Beautiful, modern rooms with snacks, TVs, reclining chairs that are heated. The staff are kind, Curteous and professional. There is free street parking. I love going here.
