Thank you Bridget and Ofelia for providing EXCELLENT patient care and customer service to myself and my husband. I had an appointment for my first Xolair injection and wasn’t feeling well at all when I arrived. Both Bridget and Ofelia could see I didn’t feel well. They provided everything I could possibly need to be comfortable. They took extra steps to reduce the chances of an allergic reaction and for me to have a pleasant experience. Have enjoyed coming to this office in Palm Springs. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Bridget is very personable and a pleasure. A wonderful nurse. Will miss her and rest of staff when I leave for the summer
