The staff was excellent. Very accommodating to my mothers needs. Created a comfortable environment with beverages, snacks and warm smiles. Mom will definitely be returning for her next infusion.
Thank you Bridget and Ofelia for providing EXCELLENT patient care and customer service to myself and my husband. I had an appointment for my first Xolair injection and wasn’t feeling well at all when I arrived. Both Bridget and Ofelia could see I didn’t feel well. They provided everything I could possibly need to be comfortable. They took extra steps to reduce the chances of an allergic reaction and for me to have a pleasant experience. Have enjoyed coming to this office in Palm Springs. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Bridget is very personable and a pleasure. A wonderful nurse. Will miss her and rest of staff when I leave for the summer
