This center is great when you go into the office and I regret that I need to write this, but their call center deserves a below zero rating. Infusion For Health has decided to use a call center based in Australia that is completely incompetent. I called with a simple question and after the third attempt, I was given scary, inaccurate information about how the "nurse" was going to increase my dosage. I then contacted my doctor as I was alarmed about how a nurse could increase my dosage when there is a standard dosage for this... read more

I've been to many infusion centers over the years and this is the best by far. Excellent care team and great facility. They are welcoming, skilled at getting the IV in on the first try, explaining the medication and equipment as they go, and checking on vitals regularly. On top of that, they offer heated recliner, blanket, and neck wrap all in a private room with Roku TV. As a patient, I feel very cared for here.
