They never answer the phone, nor do they even return my calls even after leaving several messages. I understand they are busy and aren’t able to answer all the calls, but waiting multiple days for a return call (every single time I call, which has now happened 3 times for the same event… I swear I can’t even make this stuff up!
Karen and Karyn are fantastic. I love getting my Tysabri infusions here (and the snack basket too😆). They are kind, effective, and very efficient. They make the leading up/during my infusions feel like the time goes faster and make me smile.
They get two stars because Dr Bowen and staff are super friendly. I'm going to be 33 weeks on July 17th and they no longer accept my insurance, I have called four new OB's and no one will see me because I'm too far along. Lisa, in their billing department told me to figure it out because the hospital bill won't be covered, but at least she passed on a memo to her manager... No regard for the BABY girl I'm currently carrying, or my stress levels of not knowing what to do, or where to go...
This place is terrible they never answer the phone or return phone calls I’ve been calling since Monday 5/20/24 left 3 voicemail messages and my doctors office left 2 still no return call. SMH Now I have to travel across town for my infusions
