I had my doctor jump through hoops to do a Therapeutic Plembotony, waited two weeks, take time off work for this, and was told I needed labs that they failed to tell me about. The call center says the nurses should have told me. The nurses said the call center should have told me. All I know is I am boycotting Mary Washington.
Just a very friendly atmosphere soon as you walk through the doors. This makes my second infusion and I have nothing but good things to say about this place.
From the minute you walk in to the moment you leave you are treated with patience. Kindness and understanding. You are greeted with a warm friendly smile with Sharon, all the nurses go above and beyond, Mindy.
