I was extremely well taken care of. I went for two separate infusions, and each was set to take 30 minutes. I was very nervous and asked them to set the IV to an hour instead of thirty minutes, and they were more than willing to accommodate me. They have kind and knowledgeable staff who know how to deal with unforseen situations, and the center offers warm blankets, beverages, and a calming atmosphere. Personally, I never had to wait more than ten minutes after my alloted appointment time to be taken into the infusion room. ... read more

My experience at the infusion center has been great. The nurses and support staff have all been very friendly and have made the process as comfortable as possible. The covid19 restrictions has been lifted so you are now aloud to bring one guest with you. No children of course. Thank you providence for taking such good care of me.

Horrible! I felt like a number in their day. Not a real person who has to get infusions every 30 days. I take a weight based drug and they never weighed me. Their BP monitor was consistently incorrect and the IV nurses couldn’t start an IV to save their lives. I’m m very happy I found a new place that is top of their class..good bye holy family.

I've had a great experience with the nurses and support staff here. Shannon at the check in desk tracks down answers to all my questions. The nurses are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. For example, I mentioned that one of my nausea medications (that I take at home later) didn't seem to do anything. It turns out that I was supposed to dissolve it under my tongue. Much more effective after that. Everyone in the infusion center is compassionate and kind. It makes dealing with something difficult so much easier.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing the Holy Family Outpatient Infusion team is. From the moment you meet the schedulers, to the nurses and the charge nurse, this team is A++++! My body went thru an extremely hard time throughout my “chemo adventure”, both physically and mentally and this team pulled me through. I’m not exaggerating when I say, they saved my life. I have a special place in my heart for each and every one of them and I cannot recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a team that will truly care about you... read more
