I've recently restarted a plan to be healthier going forward in my life. I've had longstanding issues with mobility and flexibility I've needed to address. Ms. Silverman put together a game plan that has helped me regain circulation and mobility. These are important if going into an exercise rehabilitation.
It works on arthritic pain and goes deep, dries nicely.

Lynora is very well educated in her craft. She is a true healer and I am happy she could fit me in last minute. As a massage therapist myself it is nice to find someone who is as passionate as I am about the benefits of massage. I was having pain in my lower back and Lynora was very thorough in her assessment and treatment. Highly recommend!
