If you have occasion to contact Corporate regarding treatment irregularities at a specific FlexCare location they appear to care, but at the local customer service and specific location level their is a clear pattern of cost containment which drives their business model, to the point that they chronically under staff, creating excessive wait times and lapses ... read more
Great staff. Very friendly and kind and professional. Clinic is clean and feels comforting- not sterile.
We have been waiting 3 months to get scheduled. Many phone attempts have been made as well as email. It has been beyond frustrating! They don’t answer phone messages left or email. I have spoken to them 3 times and have gotten the same answer. The person who sets up the appointments or in charge of my husband’s file has not responded to FlexCare when they reach out to her. Her direct line is unable to receive messages because the mailbox is full. She works from home so we can’t even go in to speak with her. I came back to ch... read more
