Recently switched to this office. I brought my family in after awful care at a different place. This is the first time I wasn't in tears! Office staff is friendly and compassionate. My kids FINALLY had a great experience at the dentist!

I used to like this office when it was Rensselaer Family Dentistry. But I've had the most frustrating experience on my latest visit since the practice changed. I was asked before my appointment if there were any changes to my insurance. There had not been, and I was using the same insurance I always used. My kids FINALLY had a great experience at the dentist! Only bad thing is this office is out of network with our insurance.

You must understand that I am one of those people that gets totally freaked out every time I go to the dentist. But Dr. A is so nice and so patient. I needed an unplanned tooth extraction. Dr. A waited while I took something to calm my nerves. I then down loaded a music app on my phone to "drown out" some of the dental noise. Not having ear buds with me....Dr. A said " play the music as loud as you need-its not going to bother me". He gives a great novacaine shot, I barely felt it. Within minutes he said, Ok, we're done.
