I have not begun my infusions yet but the process of learning about my infusions, prior tests needed, insurance inquires has been all seamless communication. Everyone who l have spoken with has answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. Contact has been consistent and extremely timely. They have made the lead up to my infusions less scary for me.

My friend goes here, they NEVER actually answer the phone, sometimes days before u het a call back. She has Medicare & medicaid and they are trying to tell her she owes them $ from last year & 2023, a lousy 20& 30$ plus interest when they were paid by Medicare over $1400 each time !!! When we ask why, how she owes them they never have an answer, medicare told us they were paid fpr each visit & atcthe same time saying shes owes them $. You must be very firm with the office staff.They called me the Friday before a Monday ( I had taken the day off for this treatment) appointment claiming they did not have appropriate documentation. When I told them that the appropriate documentation existed, they did get insurance approval but it would not have happened without firm insistence.

I've been going here for years and not only is the staff wonderful but they are great at their jobs. These negative reviews are wild to me as I from day one have never had a bad experience medically or socially there.
