I highly recommend John Jamerson (the shop owner) for a great tune on your Subaru. I brought my 2011 WRX to him with a freshly built engine I put together my self. I was having some knock feedback issues. He was nice enough to fit me in his busy schedule without an appointment and he was able to find a boost leak at one of the fuel injectors, fix it for me, then give me a break in tune all for a very reasonable price. Had my car built by them 4 years ago and still going strong 66k< later and I’ve driven it hard on the track this year. Great quality work. I’ve since have come back to do maintenance work with them ie. compression tests, spark plugs, gear oil changes and the like. They do a great job helping you get what you need and explaining things to you.
