Placed an order online, waited 16 days and didnt get confirmation that it had shipped. Reached out to customer service they did not get back to me until a week a later. they stated that they were trying to call me but confirmed they were calling the wrong number? This is my first experience with this company and it has been nothing but extraordinary. I was doing handyman work at a restaurant. Three of the 10 outdoor, overhead heaters were not working and my job was to get them working again. I purchased new heating elements but that was not the only issue.
