I had a very bad experience, unfortunately. I had a consultation first. Explained that I wanted Jenna Ortega curtain bags and not short bangs. I thought Jailine understood me. She cut the bangs too short, unbalanced, and crooked. Even after I showed the crooked v shape, she insisted on denying it. The owner and incredibly talented hair CREATOR, Samantha, is truly the BEST in this state! I have lived all over the country and currently travel as a healthcare contractor in CA and I specifically and ONLY return to see Sam twice a year as I trust her like no other!
