The Hamlet is well-managed and a beautiful, safe community. The apartments are bright, spacious, quiet, and mine had a great nature view off the balcony. Lynne is wonderful to communicate with and makes renting stress-free. She responds quickly to inquiries and addresses things promptly. Alex and Eric from maintenance are kind and can take care of any maintenance issues promptly. My unit was well-maintained and new appliances were ordered and installed very quickly when needed.
